[Ugh, can't he just let him be a grouch and tend to his own. Katsuki's calmer and less irritable when it's him and Denki, and maybe one or two other people. The bigger groups just make him scowl. Though some of that's simply keeping up appearances rather than truly being annoyed by his classmates. He's matured a lot. Doesn't mean Denki's puppy eyes can't work their magic against his stubborn butt. As long as Denki gives Katsuki time to recharge his "people tolerance meter" then he's okay with going along.

Is it not applicable? Katsuki doesn't know the full extent of Denki's troubles over the matter, but he expects more feelings are there than the electric blonde admits right now. It wouldn't surprise him if his boyfriend ended up asking a strange question or even yelling in frustration over what he's dealing with. Katsuki'll try to avoid damage to the power grid at least. He took Izuku to the Gamma Grounds specifically so their fight wouldn't blow up the dorms, you know.]

No shit. [Who knows what happens to Kurogiri after the war... Katsuki forks in another bite, glancing to the window and the sunlight outside. Looks to be a clear and bright day, but he plans on spending it inside with Denki unless there's an emergency that specifically requires him. Swinging back ends up settling on those love bites beneath his boyfriend's shirt collar. Maybe he'll give him some more if the mood comes around.] Tch, still planning on going through with that? Fine, if he wants his pancakes to turn out chalky and disgusting.

[Already warned him about doing that. If you want to add protein powder to pancakes to the point of getting any actual benefits out of said pancakes, it'd affect the taste. Negatively. Also Eijirou can go overboard sometimes...

Katsuki has far less respect for the heroes that abandoned their own and civilians during the period leading up to the war and during the war, even if they decided to come out of retirement and help pick their nation back up afterwards. He knows why they did what they did, they're human and it's human nature, but that doesn't excuse their cowardice and weakness. At the same time, he also holds the media and civilians at some fault for not supporting the heroes who tried so hard to help until the weaker ones broke under the pressure... There are old wounds that the war veteran isn't able to simply forget.

He's just real fucking glad he has a boyfriend who won't let him forget things either. Even if some things piss him off, like this stupid movie Denki's so intent on making him watch. Katsuki growls and rubs at the side of his neck.]

Fine. It's the only good part.
